As Youth Director at Vintage Malibu, I walked alongside young leaders, helping them navigate their purpose, potential, and the challenges that come with high expectations. Ministry isn’t just about faith—it’s about growth, resilience, and the pursuit of something bigger than yourself. It taught me how to guide people through resistance, refine their vision, and equip them to perform at their highest level—lessons that now fuel my work with high achievers in every arena.
